RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON
S.A.P. 86-618-04 FROM COUNTY ROAD 75 TO GIFFORT AVENUE
IN THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, THIS RESOLUTION, was passed this 12" day of July, 1999 by the City of
Monticello in Wright County, Minnesota. the Municipal Corporation shall hereinafter be called
the "City." WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the "County" has planned the improvement of Fenning and Jason Avenues, State
Aid Route No. 18 from CSAH 75 to Giffort Avenue in the City of Monticello, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the "County" will be expending State Aid Funds on the improvements of this
Highway, and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the
highway and approval of the proposed construction as a State Aid Highway project must
therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
That the "City" shall request that the "County" ban the parking of motor vehicles on CSAH 18
from CSAH 75 to Giffort Avenue within the City of Monticello at all times.
