CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
RIVER MILL FIFTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on August 6, 1994 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the River Mill Development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval
of the preliminary plat to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
in consideration of approving final plats for various phases of the River Mill Development,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA that the final plat of River Mill Fifth Addition is hereby
approved along with all public dedications and any development agreement relating to the
subdivision.
