REZONING OF ST. HENRY PROPERTY FROM B-4 TO PS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICLELO, MINNESOA HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended by rezoning the following
described property from B-4 (Regional Business) to PS (Publis/Sem-Public):
According to agenda item, legal description is being prepared by City and given toHome Depot for
review.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication
