ORDINANCE NO. 440
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING A STREET NAME
IN THE PLAT OF PRAIRIE PONDS 2N" ADDITION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1: The Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to change that
portion of Deegan Avenue in the plat of Prairie Ponds 2" d lying north of Park
Place Drive to Deegan Court.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 27"' day of February, 2006.
