AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY FROM R-1 TO R-2 AND R -2A
SUNSET PONDS SECOND ADDITION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone Sunset Ponds 2nd
Addition from R-1 to R-2 and R -2A. as follows:
R -2A: Lots 1-2, Block 1
Lots 1-13, Block 2
Lots 1-20, Block 3
R-2: Lots 1-4, Block 4
Lots 1-50, Block 5
Lots 1-8, Block 6
This ordinance is effective upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 22nd day of May, 2006.
