AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY FROM A -O TO R -1A
NIAGARA FALLS DEVELOPMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from A -O
(Agricultural) to R -IA that property described as follows comprising the proposed Niagara Falls
development:
The West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 121, Range 24 except the North
329.99 feet of the West 649.97 feet thereof and except that tract of land as described on Document
536436.
This ordinance is effective upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 22nd day of May, 2006.
