AN ORDINANCE REZONINGPROPERTY FROM A -O TO R -1A
HIDDEN FOREST PHASE II
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS
AS FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from A -O
(Agricultural) to R-1 A that property described as follows comprising the proposed Hidden Forest
Phase II:
The west 40.00 feet of the east 285.00 feet of Government Lot 2, Section 8, Township 121, Range
24, Wright County, Minnesota lying north of the center line of County Road 39, per Wright
County Highway Right -of -Way Plat No. 5, according to the recorded plat thereof, in said Wright
County.
TOGETHER WITH: That part of Government Lot 2, Section 8, Township 121, Range 24, Wright
County, Minnesota lying southerly of the center line of County Road No. 39, per Wright County
Highway Right -of -Way Plat no. 6, according the recorded plat thereof, in said Wright County and
easterly of the east line of Hartwig's River Road Acres, according to the recorded plat thereof, in
said Wright County as monumented.
TOGETHER WITH: Outlots B and C in said Riverside Acres, as monumented.
This ordinance is effective upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 12th day of June, 2006.
