AN ORDINANCE CHANGE — STREET NAME
IN THE PLAT OF SUNSET PONDS
The City Council of the City of Monticello hereby ordains:
Section 1: The Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to change that
portion of 91St Street NE in the plat of Sunset Ponds abutting Lots 12-26, Block 8
and Lots 28-41, Block 8 and Lots 1-12, Block 7 and Lots 39-55, Block 7 from 91s'
Street NE to Goodrich Drive.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 10" day of January, 2005.
