ORDINANCE NO. 424
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY FROM RPUD TO B-4 AND RPUD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from RPUD
(Residential Planned Unit Development) to B-4 (General Business) Outlot A and C in the proposed
plat and R -PUD (Residential Planned Unit Development) Outlot B in the proposed plat of
Monticello Commerce Center Seventh Addition attached and legally described as:
The North half of Lot 22, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 1, according to the recorded plat
thereof, being part of the Southeast Quarter of section 13, Township 121, Range 25, Wright
County, Minnesota,
And
That part of Lot 16, AUDITOR' SUBDIVISION NO. 1, according to the recorded plat thereof
also being part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 121, Range 25, Wright County,
Minnesota, lying southerly of the Southerly right-of-way of Interstate Highway No. 94.
Adopted by the Monticello City council this 23rd day of May, 2005.
