AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY FROM PS TO B-4
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from PS
(Public/Semi-Public) to B-4 (Regional Business) the property legally described as:
Lot 2, Block 1 and Outlot B, Church of St. Henry according to the recorded plat thereof
Wright County, Minnesota
VAI
That part of 7`" Street as dedicated in CHURCH OF ST. HENRY, according to the recorded
plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota, which lies northeasterly of the following described
line:
Commencing at the most southerly corner of Outlot B, in said plat; thence North 27 degrees
22 minutes 26 seconds East assumed bearing along the southeasterly line of said Outlot B
373.34 feet to the point of beginning of said line to be hereinafter described; thence North 88
degrees 06 minutes 17 seconds West 600.00 feet and said line there terminating.
