AN ORDINANCE REZONING CARLISLE VILLAGE 4TH ADDITION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from A -O
(Agricultural) to R -IA (Residential) that property described as Outlot H of Carlisle Village now
platted into Carlisle Village 4" Addition.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 28`h day of November, 2005.
