WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from AO
(Agriculture/Open Space) to I 1-A (Light Industrial) the following lots in the plat of Otter Creek
Crossing lying in Section 10, Township 121, Range 25
Outlot B
Outlot E
Outlot H
Lot 1, Block 2
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 13th day of December 2004.
