AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY FROM R-2 TO B-1
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MONTICLELO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from R-2 (Single and
Two Family Residential) to B-1 (Neighborhood Business) that property legally described as:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, Lower Monticello
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 8th day of November, 2004.
