ORDINANCE NO. 414
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN
SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 121, RANGE 25
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from PZM
(Performance Zone Mixed) to PS (Public/Semi-Public) that property lying in Section 10, Township
121, Range 25 legally described as follows:
155-500-101415: That part of the East 30 acres of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter;
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said 30 acre tract; thence South 2 degrees 30 minutes West
along West line of said 30 acre tract 33 feet to South right-of-way line of County Road for point of
beginning; thence continue on same course East 264 feet; thence South 87 degrees 50 minutes East
231 feet; thence North 2 degrees 30 minutes East 264 feet to South line of County Road; thence
Westerly along road 231 feet to point of beginning.
155-500-101405: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the East 30 acres of the Southeast Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter; thence East along 1/ 16 line north of said Northeast Quarter 231 feet; thence
South 2 degrees 30 minutes West 33 feet to South line of County Road for point of beginning; thence
continue on said last described course 264 feet; thence South 87 degrees 30 minutes East 165 feet;
thence North 2 degrees 30 minutes East 264 feet to South line of said County Road; thence West 165
feet to point of beginning.
155-500-101100: Lot C of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and a strip of land 1 rod
wide ADR/W of Great Northern Railroad Company extending from Lot C of the Northeast Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter of said Section 10 to Lot 2 of Lot B of said Section 10 except tract described in
Book 242-697; Except C tract described in Book 300-327.

commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot C; thence East along South line 32.01 feet to point of
beginning; thence Northeasterly deflecting 65 degrees 26 minutes 30 seconds left 450.83 feet to line
parallel with and 16.5 feet Southerly to Northerly line of Lot C; thence Southeasterly along said
parallel line 45.23 feet to line drawn north at right angles to South line from point on said South line
223.79 feet East of point of beginning; thence south along said line 383.24 feet to South line; thence
West along said line 223.79 feet to point of beginning except that part of Lot C described as
commencing at the Southwest corner; thence East along South line 32.01 feet; thence Northeasterly
deflecting 65 degrees 26 minutes 30 seconds left 330.07 feet to point of beginning; thence continuing
Northeasterly along prolongation 120.43 feet to point on line parallel with and 16.5 feet Southerly of
