AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE STREET NAME
IN THE PLAT OF PRAIRIE PONDS
The City Council of the City of Monticello hereby ordains:
Section 1: The Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to change the name of the
streets within the plat of Prairie Ponds from Wolters Way and Wolters Circle to Deegan
Court.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 27" day of September, 2004.
