THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from A -O
(Agricultural) to B-4 (Regional Business) that property (approximately 46.85 acres) lying within
Section 10, Township 121, Range 25, Wright County, Minnesota as shown on the map below:
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 12' day of July, 2004.
