ORDINANCE NO. 408
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY LYING IN
SECTIONS 12 AND 13, TOWNSHIP 121, RANGE 25
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from I-1(Light
Industrial) and I-2 (Heavy Industrial) to B-4 (Regional Business) those properties lying within
Auditor's Subdivision 1 1 located in the South Half of Section 12, Township 121, Range 25 and the
North Half of Section 13, Township 121, Range 25 as shown below:
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 14t' day of June, 2004.
