ORDINANCE NO. 407
AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT
PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE "REMMELE" PROPERTY
SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 121, RANGE 25
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from A -O
(Agricultural Open) to B-4 (Regional Business) that property legally described as follows:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 121, Range 25 described as
Commencing at the southwest corner; thence North along the West line 1170.18 feet; thence
East parallel with the South line 723 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue East
parallel with the South line 1669.49 feet to Westerly right-of-way of Highway 25; thence
Northeasterly deflecting 63 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds left along right-of-way line 611.21
feet; thence continue Northeasterly along right-of-way along tangential curve concave to
northwest having a central angle of 8 degrees 52 minutes 24 seconds and radius of 5745.44 feet
889.79 feet; thence continue Northeasterly along right-of-way tangential to last curve 54.42 feet
to line parallel with and 66 feet south of the North line of the Northwest Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 14; thence West along said parallel line 44 1. 10 feet to the West
line of the Southwest Quarter; thence continue West parallel with North line 66 feet; thence
North parallel with East line of Southeast Quarter 66 feet to north line of Southeast Quarter;
thence West along North line 1807.60 feet to line parallel with and 723 feet East of West line;
thence South along said parallel line 1478.51 feet to point of beginning except tract described
on Document 766847; and except tract described on Document 857777.
