ORDINANCE NO. 399
AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE PLAT OF
SUNSET PONDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from A -O
(Agricultural Open) to R-1 (Single Family Residential) that property comprising the plat of Sunset
Ponds legally described as follows:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18 and that part of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 19, Township 121, Range 24, lying northeasterly of the northeasterly right-of-way line
of Interstate 94.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 22"d day of September, 2003.
