AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY FROM A-0 TO R-1
HUNTERS CROSSING FIRST ADDITION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS
AS FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from A -O
(Agricultural) to R-1 (Single Family Residential) the lots comprising Hunters Crossing First
Addition as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1 Hunters Crossing First Addition
Lot 1-12, Block 2 Hunters Crossing First Addition
Lot 1-14, Block 3 Hunters Crossing First Addition
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 25th day of August, 2003.
