AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE PROPOSED
PLAT OF SPIRIT HILLS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS
AS FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from A -O (Agriculture
Open) to R -IA (Single Family Residential) and R-2 (Single and Two Family Residential) that property
lying in Section 13, Township 121, Range 25 and Section 24, Township 121, Range 25 that comprises
the proposed plat of Spirit Hills as follows:
Rezoned from AO to R-2:
The South Half of Lot 22 of Auditor's Subdivision No. 1 according to the recorded plat thereof,
Wright County, Minnesota lying southerly of the center line of County State Aid Highway No. 18 as
located in December of 1991;
Also
The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 121, Range 25, Wright
County, Minnesota lying southerly of the center line of County State Aid Highway No. 18 as located in
December of 1991 and lying west of the East 435.50 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter except the following two described tracts of land:
1. The South 500.00 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter lying east of the
West 495.00 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and lying west of the East
435.50 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter.
2. The South 478.50 feet of the West 495.00 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter.
