AN ORDINANCE REZONING
THE PROPOSED PLAT OF GROVELAND FOURTH ADDITION
THE CITY OF COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY
ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from A -O (Agriculture
Open) to R-1 (Single Family Residential) and B-2 (Limited Business) part of the East Half of Section
15, Township 121, Range 25 and part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section
14, Township 121, Range 25 as follows:
Residential (R-1) in the preliminary plat of Groveland 4t" Addition
Lots 1-4, Block 1
Lots 1-7, Block 2
Lots 2-30, Block 4
