THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS
AS FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended by rezoning from A -O
(Agricultural) to RS -1 (Single Family Residential) the property located in the Northeast Quarter of
Section 15, Township 121 North, Range 25 West described as:
