AN ORDINANCE REZONING PRAIRIE PONDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended by rezoning from A -O (Agricultural)
to B-3 (Highway Business District) the property located west of TH 25 and north of School Boulevard lying
in the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Sectica 14 Township 121 North, Range 25 and part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 15, Township 121 North, Range 25 referred to as the plat of Prairie Ponds.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 8t" day of July, 2002.
