AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY LYING IN
SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 1219 RANGE 25
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO. MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended by rezoning from I-1 (light industrial)
to B-4 (regional business district) that portion of Section 14, Township 121, Range 25 as shown on the map
below.
