AN ORDINANCE REZONING
OUTLOT A COUNTRY CLUB MANOR
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS
AS FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended by rezoning from R-3(medium
density residential district) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) that property legally described as
Outlot A, Country Club Manor.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 9t' day of September, 2002.
