AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 2.F.9
OF THE MONTICELLO ZONING ORDINANCE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Section 3-2.F.9 is amended to read as follows:
9. Electrified wires, barbed wire, razor ribbon and the like are prohibited
on fences with the exception of public/government utility system facilities as
determined by the City Council.
Section 2: This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 13" day of November, 2001.
