AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 7, CHAPTER 2 OF THE MONTICELLO CITY
ORDINANCE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Title 7, Chapter 2 is amended by adding the following:
Section 7-2-22: PENALTY: Any person violating any provision of this ordinance is
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished not more than the
maximum penalty for a misdemeanor as prescribed by state law.
Section 2: This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 23rd day of July, 2001.
