THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY
ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended by rezoning the following
described property from I-1 (Light Industrial District) to I-lA (Limited Light Industrial District):
Outlot A, Construction 5 Addition
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
Adopted this 10"' day of July. 2000.
