AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 13, SECTION 13-4, ITEM [D] 1 OF THE
MONTICELLO ZONING ORDINANCE BY AMENDING THE MINIMUM BUILDING AREA.
THE CITY OF MONTICELLO DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION I: Title 10, Chapter 13, Section 13-4, Item [D] 1 of the City Zoning Ordinance is hereby
amended to read as follows:
[D] 1. The enclosed principal use (sales and display office) is a minimum of
2,500 square feet and a minimum building to site area ratio of 6%, excluding
the area used for mechanical repair and reconditioning.
SECTION II: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and publication according to law.
ADOPTED by the Monticello City Council this 26"' day of June, 2000.
