THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY
ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended by rezoning the plat of
the Groveland Addition from A -O, agricultural open district, to R-1, single family residential
district and from A -O, agricultural open district, to R-1, single family residential district and
from B-31 highway business district, to R-1, single family residential district.
Rezone from A -O to RS -1: Lots 1-10, Block 1
Lots 1-8, Block 2
Lots 1-7, Block 3
Lots 1-10, Block 4
Lots 1-12, & Lot 24, Block 5
Lots 1-8, Block 6
Lots 1-15, Block 7
Rezone from A -O to B-3: Outlot D
Outlot C
Lot 11, Block 4
That part of Outlot F lying west of the east line of
Section 15, Township 121, Range 25 and lying west of
the east line of Section 10, Township 121, Range 25.
That part of Outlot E lying west of the east line of Section 10,
Township 121, Range 25.
Rezone from B-3 to RS -1: Lots 13-23, Block 5
Outlot G
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
Adopted this 22nd day of May, 2000.
