ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended by rezoning the following
parcel from A -O, agricultural open district, to R-1, single family residential district:
The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23,
Township 121, Range 25, Wright County, Minnesota.
