ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 343
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11-1-7 OF THE MONTICELLO SUBDIVISION
ORDINANCE BY ALLOWING ACCURATELY DRAWN SITE PLAN WITH SIMPLE
SUBDIVISION APPLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 11-17 is hereby amended to read as follows:
EXCEPTIONS: When requesting a subdivision, if either of the following two conditions
Exist, the subdivider is required to present, accurately drawn site plan information for the
proposed subdivision. have the subdivision reviewed by the Planning Commission,
reviewed and approved by the City Council, and adhere to the park dedication
requirements spelled out in the ordinance, Section 11-6-1 through 11-6-5, and all other
subdivision requirements shall be waived. Upon approval, subdivider must provide City
Staff with a certified survey describingthe he approved subdivision.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
