AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9-4 OF THE MONTICELLO ZONING
ORDINANCE BY ESTABLISHING AN ALLOWANCE FOR ACCESSORY STORAGE
BUILDINGS AS CONDITIONAL USES IN THE R-4 ZONING DISTRICT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 9-4[A] is hereby amended to read as follows:
[A] Accessory Storage Buildings subject to the following conditions:
If associated with any open storage, the storage area is screened from
surrounding mobile home units.
2. The storage area is surfaced to control dust and drainage.
3. The storage area and building(s) are for the sole use of the residents
of the mobile home park and are not available for use by non-residents.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
publication.
