AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10,
CHAPTER 2, SECTION 2-2, ITEM [LL]
OF THE MONTICELLO ZONING ORDINANCE
The City Council of the City of Monticello does hereby ordain:
SECTION I. Ordinance Section 2-2 providing a definition of lot width is
hereby amended to read:
[LL] LOT, WIDTH: The shortest horizontal distance between
the side lot lines measured at the front ,yard building setback line.
SECTION II. Effective Date: This ordinance shall be effective upon publication.
Passed by the City Council this 10' day of January, 2000.
