ORDINANCE NO. 336
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3 OF THE MONTICELLO CITY CODE
BY AMENDING CHAPTER 1
The City Council of the City of Monticello does hereby ordain:
SECTION I. Ordinance Section 2-1-1 pertaining to Planning Commission
compensation be amended by adding the following:
2-1-1: All members who attend a special meeting requested by an applicant who
pays a special meeting fee set by the City shall receive additional
compensation of $50 for each special meeting attended.
SECTION II. Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective upon publication.
