ORDINANCE NO. ;2 _
AN ORDINANCE AXENDING TITLE 1 OF THE MONTICELLO CITY CORP
BY ADDING A SECTION 1-5-13
The City Council of the City of Monticello does hereby ordain:
SECTION I. The City Code is hereby amended by adding a
Section 1-5-13 as follows:
1-5-13. REMOVAL OF APPOINTED COMMISSIONERS, BOARD
MEMBERS, ETC.
Except as otherwise provided in this Code, any person
appointed to any board, commission, committee or other
entity by the City Council, whether for a specified term
or for an indefinite term, shall serve at the pleasure at
the City Council and may be removed by the City Council
by a majority vote at any time.
SECTION 11. Etfective Date. This Ordinances shall be effective on
publication.
