AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 6, SECTION 6-2, OF THE
MONTICELLO ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ALLOWANCE OF
ESSENTIAL SERVICES IN R-1 ZONING DISTRICTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY
ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Chapter 6, Section 6-2 is amended to add the following:
[E] Essential Services
Section 2.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
