THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY
ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended by rezoning the following
parcel(s) from I-1, light industrial district, to I-1 A, light industrial district.
Lots 5, 6, 7, 81 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, Block 2; Hillside Terrace
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
Adopted this 12' day of April, 1999.
