RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
KJELLBERG WEST SANITARY SEWER
PROJECT 99-O1C
WHEREAS, the City received a petition dated February 21, 1998 requesting extension of
sanitary sewer service to that property known as Kjellberg's West Mobile Home Park,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA:
A certain petition requesting the improvement of the Kjellberg West Mobile Home
Park by the extension of sanitary sewer service filed with the Council on March 9,1998
is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property
affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes
Sections 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to WSB and Associates, Inc. and that they are instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost effective and feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended and to
proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications for the improvement.
