Be it resolved that The city of Monticello

enter into aSub-grant Agreement with the Division of Emergency Management in the Minnesota
Department of Public Safety for the program entitled infrastructure Program for FEMA 1158-
DR-MINNESOTA.
Rick Wolfsteller, City Administrator is hereby authorized

to execute and sign such Sub-grant Agreements and amendments as are necessary
to implement the project on behalf of the city of Monticello
