RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY STUDY AND
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
DUNDAS ROAD EXTENSION, PROJECT 96-01C
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of Dundas Road from
Fallon Avenue east 400 feet was duly presented to the Council on the 12th day of
February, 1996; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted February 12, 1996, a
report has been prepared by Bret Weiss of WSB & Associates, Inc. with reference to
the improvement, and this report was received by the Council on March 25, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners
of real property abutting upon the street(s) named as the location of the
improvement.
2. Bret Weiss of WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer
for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
