RESOLUTION ODERING FEASIBILITY STUDY,
ACCEPTING FEASIBLITY STUDY,
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR RIVER STREET TRUNK SANITARY
SEWER RECONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the River Street Trunk Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction Project has
been initiated by the City Council for the benefit of the city at large, the cost of
which is being funded from general taxes; and
WHEREAS, a feasibility report has been prepared by Bret Weiss, City Engineer,
with reference to the improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council hereby orders a feasibility study for the purpose of
determining cost estimates for the reconstruction of sections of the River
Street Trunk Sanitary Sewer to be prepared by the City Engineer.
2. The City Council hereby accepts the feasiblity study submitted by the City
Engineer this 13th day of May, 1996.
3. Preparation of plans and specifications for said project is hereby ordered and
to be completed in conjunction with the Briar Oakes Estate II improvement
project.
4. Bret Weiss of WSB is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
