RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PETITION AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT
BONDHUS WATER MAIN EXTENSION
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting installation of water main to the Bondhus
property located east of the intersection of Hart Boulevard and CSAH 75 was duly
presented to the Council on the 10th day June, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the petition was submitted by a single petitioner. The single
petitioner's property represents 100% of the property benefiting from the proposed
improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council accepts the petition, which includes 100% of the property owners
whose property benefits from the proposed project.
2. Preparation of a feasibility study for extension of water main is hereby
ordered.
3. Bret Weiss of WSB is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall prepare a feasibility study for the making of such
improvement.
