RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY STUDY AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
BONDHUS WATER MAIN EXTENSION
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting installation of water main to the Bondhus
property located east of the intersection of Hart Boulevard and CSAH 75 was duly
presented to the Council on the 10th day of June, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner's property represents 100% of the property benefiting
from the proposed improvement; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on June 10, 1996, a
report has been prepared by Bret Weiss, City Engineer, with reference to the
improvement, and this report was received by the Council on June 24, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council accepts the feasibility study prepared by the City Engineer.
2. Preparation of plans and specifications for said project is hereby ordered.
3. Bret Weiss of WSB is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
