Resolved that the City of Monticello enter into Contract

to provide public transportation service in

Further resolved that the City of Monticello agrees to provide

percent of the total operating cost from local funds and 20% of the total
capital costs. Further resolved that authorization to execute the aforementioned Contract and anv
amendments thereto is herby given to the Assistant Administrator or the
