CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION 95-27
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Monticello enter into Agreement No. 73295 with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to -wit:
To provide for a lump sum payment of $50,000.00 by the State to the City as the State's full
and complete share of the costs of the storm sewer construction and other associated
construction to be performed adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 94 along Northeast Gillard
Avenue from Engineer Station 27+46 (south of 95th Street Northeast) to Engineer Station
50+62 (Mississippi River north of County State Aid Highway No. 39) within the corporate
City limits under State Project No. 8680-133 (T.H. 94=392).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and
directed to execute such agreement.
