RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE MEADOW OAK STORM SEWER OUTLET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 93-12C
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 15, 1991, a
resport has been prepared by the City Engineer, Bret Weiss of Orr-Schelen-
Mayeron, with reference to the improvement of the Meadow Oak storm sewer
outlet, and this report was received by the Council on January 25, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the Meadow Oak storm sewer outlet improvement
project in accordance with the report and all amendments to the report, and
will consider assessing all or a portion of the cost to parcels located within
the Meadow Oak storm sewer drainage area and all other properties
adjacent to the improvement that may be determined to benefit from the
improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429, at an estimated cost of
the improvement of $ 5 0 010 00.00
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th
day of June, 1994, in the council chambers of the city hall at 7 p.m., and the
City Administrator shall give mailed published notice of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.
