RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF MONTICELLO TO HOLD
LOTS 1, 2, & 3 AND TO GRANT A
RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL FOR LOTS 45o 5, & 69
BLOCK 1, OAKWOOD INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND ADDITION,
CITY OF MONTICELLO, FOR THE H -WINDOW COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello acknowledges that Lots 11 and 12, Block 2,
Oakwood Industrial Park, city of Monticello, are owned by the H -Window Company,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello owns and recognizes that Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6,
Block 1, Oakwood Industrial Park Second Addition, city of Monticello, adjoins the H -
Window Company property, and
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello endorses economic development and the business
retention and expansion program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA:
1. The City of Monticello shall hold Lots 1, 2, & 3, Block 1, Oakwood Industrial
Park Second Addition, city of Monticello, for the H -Window Company located
at 1324 East Oakwood Drive, Monticello, Minnesota, for a period through the
end of May 1993.
2. The City of Monticello shall also grant a right of first refusal on Lots 4, 5, &
6, Block 1, Oakwood Industrial Park Second Addition, for the H -Window
Company until May 31, 1993, in accordance with the terms and conditions of
the right of refusal agreement.
