RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF GAMBLING LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Wright County Ducks Unlimited has submitted an application to the
City Council of Monticello for the issuance of a gambling license to operate a raffle
on May 10, 1993, and
WHEREAS, upon review of the organization's activities, the Council is not opposed
to the gambling licenses being reissued by the State Gambling Control Board, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the Wright
County Ducks Unlimited application for a raffle license listed above is hereby
approved, and the State Gambling Board is authorized to process the applications.
